Access via Microsoft TEAMS 

Joining one of our Live Broadcasts is super easy, but if you need help, step through the info provided below.

A few minutes before the broadcast is scheduled to start, click on the link provided in the registration email.We use Microsoft Teams for the Live Broadcast.


If you have MS Teams Desktop already installed. you can launch it directly. If you don’t have the app installed, you can simply select the “Watch on the web instead” option, or choose to Download the Windows app for a better viewing experience. We’ll leave it up to you!

When the login page is shown, sign in with your Microsoft account if have one, otherwise simply Join Anonymously.

After logging in, if the event has not yet started, you will see a waiting page (image below). Just wait for the presenters and event to go live.

There will be a Live event Q&A panel where you can raise questions and communicate with the presenter(s) during the broadcast. Depending on the event, questions might be answered live, or as a group at the end of the presentation.

What happens if the door bell rings and you need to step away? Easy! MS Teams Live Broadcasts can be paused. Remember that the Q&A panel will only be active during the broadcast.
