Administration Officer

We are currently looking for Administration Officer to join the RESONATE SYSTEMS team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This newly created position will support and enhance RESONATE SYSTEMS as the business continues to grow in the coming months and years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Support of administrative processes across the business
-
Capture and maintain documentation of business processes
-
Organise the shipping of equipment and processing equipment receival
-
Support of equipment hire, including generating quotes and invoicing
-
Background assistance of customer enquiries and support tickets
-
Maintain product/distribution price lists
-
Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) contact database
EXPERIENCE
Experience in these areas would be highly regarded:
-
Customer facing roles, e.g reception, customer service
-
Administration Process Support, e.g. QMS support roles
-
Familiarity with Jira Service Desk
-
Familiarity with ISO-9001
